Water helps you burn off fat in your body and wards off hunger, helping you eat less.

Although your body has its kidneys and other systems to help flush out the bad stuff, drinking water is one of the best things you can do to help you body. Water dilutes the chemicals and other harmful substances in your body and helps move them along out of your system.
