And this shit is becoming seriously popular among celebrities. Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham and Uma Thurman have already picked up a pair of those high heels.

So we're talking about the latest hype among celebrities. These high heel shoes were designed by Briton Antonio Berardi and I don't even know if they should be called high "heels" cause they've got no damn heels.

Linconshire, UK based Antonio Berardi says that by walking in these shoes you are basically on your tiptoes the whole time which makes you look "dainty". Dainty my ass. This would be such work out for your calves, your legs would faint within minutes. You have absolutely no support for your heels there, you have to do ballet dancer prima ballerina as you walk.

A pair of this fanciness goes for £1,800, which translates to some $3600. They are 5 and a half inch high with a solid platform. Would you hit it? Would you wear it?

On the other hand, the neutral silver coloring of the shoes would make it very universal and you could wear it with pretty much any outfit. You could wear it when you go shopping, you could wear it to work, you could wear it to a party... Everyone will admire you and you are guaranteed to grab attention, but your feet will die real quickly and you're gonna end up falling on your ass sooner or later regardless of how hard you try.

What a pair of goofy shoes. But I can totaly imagine Victoria Beckham would actually wear thic crap. As for me, I'd much rather slip into my crocks.

I understand million dollar shoes since they are encrusted with diamonds, but what's so special about these high heels that they cost $3600? That's a lof of money. You can buy a fancy trip for two to Hawaii for this type of money? Why would someone spend this much for a pair of shoes?

Well, I really wish Victoria Posh Beckham good luck with those heel-less shoes. Especially after a drink or two.

Do I hear Briton Antonio Berardi laughing his ass off in the background? Yes, I do. Because he came up with impractical stupid shoes and attached an insanely overpriced price tag to them, and the next thing you know, there are A-List celebrities who paid him his money to wear the heels with no heels. Congrats to the winners. Women with money make no sense to me.

I like the style, but not the texture on these o.O I'd wear them except...

I'd be the first one to break my legs wearing them.

I think those are pretty bad ass. I wouldn't wear them, i don't think, but if I saw somebody wearing those shoes I'd be like - holy shit, you're so hot. Pricetag is discouraging and I'm not too fond of color either.

I have mixed feelings about those shoes to say the least. The seem quite comfy, but you wouldn't know until you weear them. It'd be a great way to form your calves, but I'm not sure how long you could last in them. Antonio Berardi definitely brought in something new when it comes to high heel fashion. It only proves that you have not seen it all, even when you think you have.

A)What was the guy thinking when he designed them?
B)What were the celebs that bought them thinking?
C)Talk about walking around on your tip toes! LOL!

I know, imagine what you would look like walking around in those high heels. You would walk like wounded duck. Everyone would stare at you like what's your problem. But maybe that's what Antonio Berardi wanted to achieve.

What do you think the model was thinking when they told her she would be wearing them for the photo shoot....lol. The look on her face must have been classic. They should have shot that.

Check out these shoes by Nina Ricci. She's a complete copycat of Antonio Bernardi
