Two U.S. hunters claims they have the body of bigfoot and will back their evidence up with a DNA test at a press conference in California on Friday. Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer say they discovered the body in a forest in northern Georgia about two weeks ago. Photos already released on the internet show a large ape-like animal crammed into a freezer, where it was being preserved. Image courtesy of inquisitr.com Some vital stats on the creature: - 7'7" tall - Weighs over 500lb - The creature looks like it is part human and part ape-like. - It is male. - It has reddish hair and blackish-grey eyes. - It has two arms and two legs, and five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot. - The feet are flat and similar to human feet. - Its footprint is sixteen and three-quarters inches long and five and three-quarters inches wide at the heel. - From the palm of the hand to the tip of the middle finger, its hands are eleven and three-quarters inches long and six and one-quarter inches wide. - The creatures walk upright. (Several of them were sighted on the same day that the body was found.) - The teeth are more human-like than ape-like.

They really seem sure of themselves that this is legit. The press conference will be held at Cabana Hotel-Palo Alto, Palo Alto, California with the DNA results. So we'll have to wait until Friday to see if it is in fact a hoax.

But on the off chance that its real ( this is my 5 minutes) Then the Big Foot that a couple of classmates "saw" on a camping trip might actually be real!! lol ( ya right)

Below is the copy of my post there (even though some of it repeats what has already been said here). My bad Bigfoot trackers claim they've found the body of a real bigfoot in the forests of Northern Georgia. The body stands 7 feet tall and weights 500 pounds. The feet resemble human feet but are 16 ¾ inches long. Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer of Georgia who have been in business of running bigfoot tracking expeditions have joined forces with researcher and veteran bigfoot tracker Tom Biscardi who says the DAN tests are being conducted and the scientists will soon have their shot proving that this is the real body of the real bigfoot. They feel pretty confident about their finding, let's see if it turns out to be just another hoax of if this will be the real sasquatch.

They've even turned the press conference into a promotion where as they've mentioned their website and the fact that they do bigfoot tours in Northern Georgia for $499. Other than that the press conference didn't deliver any answers. They've showed an email from some entomologist who had allegedly tested the DNA of the creature and he still has one sample to test which he couldn't due to technical problems. Basically, it's all a joke.

And @ Scootzer... how do you know i didn't? have you seen my feet? if i were hairier... i could pass as bigfoot myself. lol.

Lila Edmonton Age: 26 Posts: 1184	I kind of agree with Will, even though I wouldn't go to such extreme as to have hoaxes punished with jail sentence. However, most of these manufactured hoaxes are a form of false advertising - you are passing on a misinformation with intentions to promote your business and take unfair advantage over your potential competition.
