Looking over some of the trip photos someone pointed out that I had picked up a friend for a short time after visiting the Frank slide area in BC. For those who dont know, Frank was a town in southern British Columbia. A little over 100 years ago 70 people died when a large section of the mountain slid and covered part of the town. In areas of sudden unexpected death it is said that some spirits might linger, not knowing that they are dead, not understanding what had happened to them. Anyway we were out on the surface of the slide for some time, admiring the power on nature, the unbelievable area just covered in huge shards of rock and taking some pictures. There was some talk about the possibility of seeing something out of the ordinary while there but nothing happened. A few kilometres down the road we stopped in Bellevue, small town and tourist attraction location along the side of the highway and took a couple of snaps. The picture I have here has me standing in front of a sign, what with the crows as in Crows Nest Pass (through the Rockies) thing going on. Then the orb was spotted in the photo. It is located in the lower left area of the photo. It is a circular area, to the left of my elbow and covers my hip. The photo image is obscured there; it is obscuring my elbow, hip, part of the background and edge of picnic table. Other photos were taken at that location just afterward (I was in none of them) and the camera worked fine with no abnormalities to the images in any way. Now is this indisputable proof, well no but it does fit the parameters of capturing orbs in photos, this is a typical result of such an event. Orbs / spirits will sometimes attach themselves to people for whatever reason for given periods of time. It has been suggested that one did for a time, long enough to be caught in a photo just because one was taken at the right time to capture it. No, this is not some Photoshop touch up; I am not desperate for attention. Just thought I would share the photo.
Can't seem to post a link to the photo.
It is in the "my photos" area of Alberta Stars. |
