Journals - note to self. I need to make a note of this sooner, rather than later, so I don't get lost as often. I don't care who reads this, or if it makes sense to anyone but me. The only time I should be reading this are the times when black dog rocks up.
Don't let shit get to you. Remember what it took to get you where you are today, good or bad. Don't forget what made you happy, and deal with what bothers the hell out of you. The mountain or hill you stand on today is made of the demons you've conquered. When misery and despairity hit, remember how fortunate you are compared to many others. When you even think of whinging, stuff it.. because there are better things to do, and there aren't many things I haven't overcome that I care to. Keep your pride in check, but be proud of your achievements... even when you know most people may never see or know those parts of you. So shut the fuck up, trust yourself, dive headfirst, and stuck in.About CDNpsycho

I'm in, and from, Calgary. I prefer to be active, as I don't like being bored. 90% of my immediate family lives out of the city, so I fill my time trying to keep fit, some friends, and a bunch of really random hobbies.
